In Heyquip: Billing > Accounts Receivable
You will send account statements to your charge-account customers, either in bulk or one business at a time.
Steps
- Go to Billing > Accounts Receivable.
- Set the Statements as of date at the top to send statements before the present. : invoices and payments dated after it don't enter the statement.
- The accounts already checked are the ones overdue by their own payment terms. A customer invoiced yesterday on 0-day terms is already checked, for example.
- Tick or untick individual customers to adjust the list, or tick the header checkbox, next to Company, to select everyone shown, overdue or not.
- Choose whether to attach each invoice's PDF to its statement email, or send the statement without them.
-
Click Send X Account Statements.
- Heyquip asks whether to add a message. This isn't required: the email already carries a default message explaining what an account statement is.
-
To send just one business, open its record under Clients > Businesses instead and click Send Account Statement in the header.
Good to know
- A statement goes to the address in the Email column, or to the business's Email when you send from its record.
- To get a PDF instead of emailing one, open the business record and use Actions > Download Account Statement.
- Like any email Heyquip sends, replies only reach you directly if you set your own address as the reply-to before sending.
