Set your invoice numbering and footer

In Heyquip: Settings > Parameters

You will have your invoices numbered correctly and carrying your registration numbers.

Steps

1. Go to Settings > Parameters and scroll to Documents & Contracts.

   

2. Set Next Invoice Number to your starting point.
3. Set the Invoice footer for English and French with your GST, QST and NEQ numbers.
4. Set the Order Payment Receipt Bottom Message for English and French.

When you finish, every new invoice and receipt prints with your numbering and your registration numbers, in both languages.
