In Heyquip: Clients > Price Lists
You will have a price list built and turned on with a rule, ready to discount the businesses it applies to.
Steps
-
Go to Clients > Price Lists and click Add Price List.
-
Set the Scope: Global so any rule can apply it to all items in inventory, or Specific to restrict it to specific items.
- Find the list you just created. If it is a Global list, follow these steps:
- Access the price list configurations by clicking on it in the table view.
- Add the branches that apply
- Add the % Discount or $ discounts by accessing the pencil in the top right corner. You'll see retail price discount or 2h, 4h, day, weekend, week, month discounts.
- Choose whether you want the list to apply to all customers or specific customers in the bottom card. You'll be able to access it in Add rule.
- If it is a Specific list, follow these steps:
- Access the price list configurations by clicking on it in the table view.
- Add the branches that apply
- Add the items or categories you want discounted. Then click the pencil on each item to add the % Discount or $ discounts. You'll see retail price discount or 2h, 4h, day, weekend, week, month discounts.
- Choose whether you want the list to apply to all customers or specific customers in the bottom card. You'll be able to access it in Add rule. First, add a date range for when the list will be effective, then add the customers.
- Save the rules you created and you're done!
When you finish, the rule shows Active on the price list, and the discounts apply to new orders automatically. If your orders are already created, you might have to remove the customer and add it again. You can also try to modify the items to reload the price list.
Good to know
- A Specific list never discounts anyone without a rule, even with every percentage set. See If a price list isn't applying if the discount still doesn't show up.
