In Heyquip: Dashboard
When you log in, your Dashboard's five widget groups show the status of your rental business in real time.
Items on orders
This group counts the items on your orders at each stage, from processing to return: To Process, To Prepare, Ready for Pickup, Ready for Delivery, On Rent, Ready for Return.
Use this group to see what the counter and the yard need to move next. Click any of the tiles to jump straight to the screen, already filtered to that state.
Billing
Dollar amounts waiting to be invoiced: Rentals to bill, Sellables to bill, and Cycle billing to bill. Use this group to see what still needs an invoice. Click any of the three to open the Orders to Bill queue, pre-filtered to match the tile: rental, subrental and other items for the first, sale items for the second, cycle billing mode for the third.
Inventory
Stock To Order flags products running low, so you can reorder before you run out.
Quotes
The New quotes, Awaiting reply, Follow-ups needed, and Waiting on client tiles count your quotes, including the ones customers submit from the online store.
General
This group holds two tiles: Pending conversations and Client Account Approvals.
