Sign on a Stripe Terminal

In Heyquip: Orders > All orders

You will capture the customer's signature on your Stripe Terminal.

Steps

1. Open the order and scroll to Accepted contract and terms.

2. Click the caret beside Take Signature on this device.

   

3. Choose Sign on Stripe Terminal. The Sign on terminal window opens with Select terminal already chosen, marked with a checkmark, if you have just one paired terminal.

   

4. Click Collect signature.

When you finish, the customer's signature is captured on the Stripe Terminal. Click Close to exit the window without signing.
