Start a work order from a rental

In Heyquip: Orders > All orders

You will have a new work order opened for the rental line's product, without leaving the order.

Steps

1. Open the customer's order and find the rental line for the product that needs service.

2. Click the wrench icon on the line's icon rail.

   

3. Open the Work orders tab. It lists any work orders already tied to that line, or reads "No work orders related to this rental" if there are none yet.

4. Click Create a new work order. This will open the page for this new work order in the Service & Repair section.
