In Heyquip: Service & Repair
You will have the checklist finished, its evidence attached, and the work order closed.
Steps
-
Open the work order and make sure everything is there: the tasks, the parts, and the necessary information:
- Photos
- Useful documents
- Vendor invoices. For more information: Record a vendor invoice.
- Click Complete once all tasks are finished and the unit has been serviced.
Good to know
- Each task can carry its own price: labour is priced task by task rather than as a single block at the end. This is what makes a work order billable line by line.
- A unit’s maintenance status stays active as long as its work order remains open. Your item is still available even while under maintenance because it is recognized as being in minor downtime. If you don’t want it to be available, it must be set to major downtime.
- The work order header also gives access to a menu of additional actions.
