In Heyquip: the order
You will move a pickup product from To prepare to Ready for pickup, then to Picked up by customer once they collect it. You change the state on the order.
Steps

Find the order. In Dashboard > Items on orders, the To Prepare tab lists the items at that stage. Click the row to open the order.
On the order, find the product and click its state, shown next to the product name.

Choose Ready for pickup once the product is staged and waiting.
When the customer arrives, click the product's state again and choose Picked up by customer.
The product then reads Picked up by customer and appears under the On Rent tab of the Items on orders screen.
Good to know
Important: capture the signature and take any deposit still owing before you release the product. See Capture a signature at the counter and Take a deposit.
