In Heyquip: the order
You will move a delivery product from To prepare to Delivered, with the delivery details confirmed. You change the state on the order.
Steps

Find the order. In Dashboard > Items on orders, the Deliveries tab lists the items at that stage. Click the row to open the order.
Check the delivery details on the order: address, contact, date, and price.
On the order, find the product and click its state, shown next to the product name.
Choose Ready for delivery once the product is staged.

When the product reaches the site, choose Delivered.
The product then reads Delivered and appears under the On Rent tab of the Items on orders screen.
Good to know
Every delivery product also appears in Dispatch > Delivery Requests, the queue where deliveries are scheduled and assigned to a driver.
