Update several items' state at once

In Heyquip: Orders > All orders

You will move a batch of lines on an order to a new state together, instead of clicking on the state dropdown one line at a time.

Steps

1. Open the order and find the checklist icon next to Add Product.

2. Click it to open Update all item states.

   

3. Choose All items (X) to include every line, or Select specific items to pick a subset, then click Next.

4. In the window's second step, under Move all items to, open Select a state and pick the destination state, for example In cart or Returned. The list holds states for both pickup and delivery.

   

5. Click Apply.

When you finish, every line you selected shows the new state, without opening the state dropdown for each one.

Good to know

• This tool moves only the lines of the order you have open. To change the state of a single line, click on the state dropdown instead. See Item states on orders.
