In Heyquip: Orders > All orders
You will have the quote out of your active list, archived for the record or removed for good.
Steps

Open the quote and click Actions.
- To keep the quote on file but take it out of your active list, click Archive contract.

To remove it entirely, click Delete quote. Lines on the quote make no difference, but the option disappears once an invoice exists for the order, and once the quote is confirmed into a Reserved order.
- Confirm when asked. Deleting is permanent. There is no way to bring the quote back once it's gone.
When you finish, the quote no longer sits in your active list, either archived or deleted.
Good to know
- Once a quote is confirmed into a Reserved order, Archive and Delete no longer apply. Use Actions > Void order on the order instead to cancel it.
