In Heyquip: Orders > All orders
You will have identity verification started for the order's customer, with its status tracked on the order.
Steps

On the order, find the Identity Verification card in the right rail.
- Check the Status field. It shows Not Verified until a check is run, or Requires Input when more is needed from the customer.

Click Verify Customer, then Confirm on the pop-up named Initiate identity verification.
- Click Confirm to start verification.
- Click the refresh icon on the card to pull the latest status.
When you finish, the Identity Verification card shows the customer's current status for this order.
When you send an identity verification request, the customer receives an email asking them to scan their driver's license and then their face. Stripe will run the information through a database and can confirm whether or not the profile is associated with fraud or criminal activity, and whether the person matches their driver's license.
