Add a sale item to an order

In Heyquip: Orders > All orders

You will have a catalogue item sold on the order, billed together with the rentals.

Steps

1. On the order, click Add Product to open the catalogue.

2. Find the item you want to sell. The catalogue defaults to Inventory Type "Rentable and sellable," this shows sellable and rentable items side by side. You can also choose to see only "Sellable" items. Simply type in the item you are looking for. You'll see it appear with a retail price (unit price). 

   

3. Click the Sell card to add the item to the order. You'll be directed to choose a quantity. Once that's in, click Add to order. 

When you finish, the item appears as its own line in the order.

Good to know

• Most catalogue products can be sold this way with no extra setup, since Inventory Type defaults to "Rentable and sellable." For something that isn't in the catalogue, see Add a custom charge instead. To remove a line entirely, use the caret next to Edit and choose Delete.
