Add a custom charge to an order

In Heyquip: Orders > All orders

You will have a one-off charge on the order, billed together with the rentals and sales.

Steps

1. On the order, click the small arrow next to Add Product to open its menu.

2. Choose Non-inventory item.
3. Name the fee and set its price. Pay attention to any taxes and fees that may apply. It’s important to check the boxes that apply.

These non-inventory items appear on a separate line in the order.

Good to know

• Other item is different from Add subrental, the same menu's option for products you rent in from a vendor to fill this order. See Add a subrental.
