Add a rental item to an order

In Heyquip: Orders > All orders

You will have the product on the order as a priced line, reserved for the rental dates once the order is confirmed.

Steps

1. On the order, click Add Product. The catalogue opens.

2. Set Date From and Date To with times, and pick the product. You can choose by category or type the product name, ID, model or even extension. The time affects the price and the availability, and a start time outside store hours is adjusted automatically.

   

3. Once you've chosen the product, you'll land a product-specific page that allows you to see the detailed price as well as the description, specs and applications of the product.
   1. For serialized rental: You'll be redirected to an additional page to select the serialized item. 
   2. For bulk rental: On the same product page, adjust quantity
   3. For serialized sale: You'll be redirected to an additional page to select the serialized item. 
   4. For bulk sale: On the same product page, adjust quantity
4. Repeat these steps for every line item. Once you've chosen all products, they'll be in the In cart state. 
5. Once everything looks good and the customer confirms, you can change the status of the item to "To Prepare".
