In Heyquip: Orders > All orders
You will know how to accept or refuse an Internet Order, item by item or all at once, and exactly when a line actually becomes reserved.
Steps
- Open the order. Its header badge reads Internet Order, a quote that arrived through your online store and has not yet been reviewed by the shop.
- To accept everything as submitted, click Confirm reservation at the top of the order, the same button and outcome as confirming any quote. Every line moves to To prepare together, and the products are reserved for those exact dates.
-
To decide item by item instead of accepting the whole order at once, find the line and click on the Edit dropdown. You can choose between accepting or rejecting the rental.
-
When you click on either, you'll see a window pop up to confirm your choice and propose a custom message box.
- Click Confirm to go forward.
Good to know
- Important: the shop keeps the right to refuse any item on an Internet Order. A paid deposit does not take that right away, no matter how the customer checked out.
- An Internet Order's lines wait in To process, because the order is not confirmed. A line you add yourself starts in In cart instead. See Learn the rental vocabulary.
